09-02-2016 The Commissions I & II discussed about the SUP Directive. It asks Member States to make available in their national framework a national company law form for single-member private limited liability companies with a number of harmonized main requirements and a common name, Societas Unius Personae (SUP).

Ms Entrena Rovers, assistant of MEP Luis de Grandes Pascual (EPP, ES) presented to AEIP Members the view of the rapporteur on this dossier.
