AEIP Position Paper on the review of the European Supervisory Authorities (ESAs)
On 20 September 2017, the European Commission published its initiative [COM (2017)536] making a proposal for a Regulation which would amend the existing Regulations establishing the European Supervisory Authorities (ESAs).
In its position, AEIP comments on specific aspects regarding the proposed powers of the ESAs, as well as their governance and funding.
