14/10/2015 The AEIP working group on the construction sector met in Brussels (joint meeting of Commissions IV and V and Task Force Construction).

AEIP Members discussed the Labour Mobility Package, a new initiative of the European Commission, and the Proposal for a Directive on Single Member Private Liability Companies (SUP). Moreover, MEP Pirinski’s assistant introduced the main updates concerning the EU Platform to enhance cooperation in the prevention and deterrence of undeclared work, and the European Commission presented its ongoing consultation related to the European Project ESCO.

 

14/10/15 Le groupe de travail du secteur de la construction de l’AEIP s’est rencontré à Bruxelles lors d’une réunion conjointe des Commissions IV et V et de la TF Construction.

Les membres de l’AEIP ont discuté du paquet sur la mobilité des travailleurs, une nouvelle initiative de la Commission européenne, et de la proposition d’une Directive sur les sociétés unipersonnelles à responsabilité limitée (SUP). En outre, l’assistant de M. Pirinski, membre du Parlement européen, a présenté les dernières nouvelles concernant la plateforme de l’Union européenne visant à renforcer la coopération dans les domaines de la prévention et de la dissuasion du travail non-déclaré. A son tour, la Commission européenne a donné un aperçu de sa consultation en cours liée au projet européen ESCO
