The  Annual Conference of AEIP “Solvency Rules and Risk-Based Management” took place in Geneva (Switzerland) on April 23.

This year, the AEIP annual conference explored solvency rules ideas put forward by the European Union, with a view to defining a prudential framework adapted to the EU’s Institutions for Occupational Retirement Provisions (IORPs). The dynamics of the debate on solvency rules favour the emergence of new investment strategies that place risk control at the heart of asset and liability management.
